Common Vision
The team is characterized by its diverse and deep expertise, with decades of experience in information technology, security, finance, and investment management. This diversity allows for out-of-the-box thinking, which is crucial for addressing disruptive forces and change dynamics.
Key team members include Alexander Nikolov, who helped shape digital communication standards with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), and Clive Menzies and Jacques Francoeur, who have worked together on the Digital Currency Global Initiative (DCGI), a joint ITU and Stanford University project. They developed a comprehensive money taxonomy that evolved into an ontological framework for classifying digital currencies.
The team has also contributed to projects on global organizational dynamics and cybersecurity, pioneering a co-creative development methodology and knowledge capture technologies. Their approach is flexible and client-driven, with full-time commitment, project-based milestones, and no conflict of interest. They aim to start quickly, adapt as needed, and allow termination at any point.
OUR MISSION
Call to Action
The "Call to Action" invites engagement in a staged process for future-proofing projects, starting with a no-commitment Future Proof (FP) Briefing. The process includes:
1. FP Feasibility Project: Defines the nature and scope of the next stage, ensuring alignment, establishing a common language, and conducting workshops to share future-proofing knowledge and integrate core values and outcomes. Past and ongoing projects can be integrated as needed.
2. FP Definition Project: A collaborative process that outlines project scope, desired outcomes, milestones, deliverables, recommendations, success metrics, and responsibilities. You retain ownership of all work products.
3. FP Proof-of-Concept Project: If satisfied with previous results, this stage implements and validates the recommendations from the FP Definition Project.
